Moving into the weekend started stirring up truth and beliefs for some of us. Our words may have been taken out of context, or we may have taken other’s words out of their true meaning. The communication issues, the suppression, the assertiveness and need to speak up are all signs revealing a deep shift in our throat chakra at the moment as we further embody and define our personal truth.
