We have to STOP investing any moment of our energy in other people’s business - full stop. Whether it be trying to work out ‘why’ they have a ‘problem’ - ‘why’ they said or did something etc... why does it matter?
Is working that out from our viewpoint (looking in on them) going to help us at all? No - it won’t! We MUST take full responsibility for our role in EVERYTHING - past and current, and, let’s stop needing to have a reason to explain the way we feel! There is no room within us to spend even a moment trying to ‘work others problems out’ - it is their business not ours. And why do we need to validate or justify why we did something or why we feel a certain way - let’s just feel it and flow forward.
At this time many of us are discovering new truths about ourselves and our way of life. We are adjusting instantly to a new way of being.
