For many of us this weekend we were guided to detach from demands. For some this meant going offline from technology, others a break from obligations and then there were those of us who wanted nothing more than to detach from such demands but we had to grin and bear it - doing the ‘dirty work.’ As difficult as it was for those of us who were unable to detach, we did so in between our obligatory tasks. We captured our ‘down time’ when we could - diving right into those moments before our next demand came. This has been quite a priority for many of us - detaching, retreating, and enjoying some quality down-time to keep perspective, recharge and focus....
