Many of us started the week with tests creeping from within the tiniest cracks of the woodwork. Just when we thought we had all bases covered, something slipped through and tested us. Even though the test felt like an enormous deal, we had to not make any rash decisions and stay as focused as we could in our heart - trusting that the test would pass soon.

Staying in our heart proved to be somewhat of a challenge as our mind raced to all kinds of blame, guilt and uncertainty. Our ego (the voice of our hurt and pain) had a field day with this test - making us think we were at fault even though we knew we weren’t. Our fear and negative mind thoughts have been quite loud this week, and have really been blowing everything out of proportion - which is always an indicator that our ego is at work pulling the mental puppet strings...
