The fast flowing engorged river we’ve been travelling these past few days has now brought us to a sheltered area away from the current. Here we move out of the water, dripping wet and find ourselves standing in the shadow of a large looming mountain. This mountain represents a fear or obstacle which we currently face, and many of us have ended the weekend with an inner battle between the voice of fear and resistance and being able to conquer it. The mountain seems large, looming and gigantic because this is the illusional nature of fear - it amplifies obstacles and challenges in hope that ....
