Many of us have moved through a very hectic and healing weekend. We dropped to the lowest of fragile moments - unplanned - and soared to the highest of mountains - again unplanned! Why unplanned - because we have been more in the flow than we realised - or - MORE IN THE FLOW THAN EVER BEFORE. But it hasn’t been easy reaching this point. Many of us spent time over the weekend healing, releasing and opening up fragile old wounds and memories. We sobbed - weeping and mourning for what once was. Deep inside we know we are moving into a new cycle now. Our life has changed and it has been hard to grasp the reality of it. We tried, but deep inside ...
