This is a powerful time where great adjustments and flexibility are needed. There are high’s and low’s, dips, and turns that are presenting themselves - some with no notice, and some with a lot of notice. Some of us are dealing with disputes, management, and also quite legal situations. What has been very clear, with all that is going on, is that we need to do our best to stay calm, centred and focused. Things can slip into overwhelm very quickly at the moment - mostly because of the scope of what is happening, but also the deep emotion that is stirring within a lot of us.
