We travelled through a somewhat smooth weekend until WHAM!! The road turned bumpy and we were left stuck on a vibrating rocky path. This has shaken us up on very deep levels in our life, emotionally and mentally. A surprise turn - this sudden turn of events, or sudden change from a smooth path has left us somewhat emotionally stunned and highly vulnerable. Many of us have become - over-sensitive! ... What is the difference between experiencing our usual sensitivity to over-experiencing it? It will be different for us all, and sometimes the line is fine and thin and other times our tolerance levels may be higher, so the threshold is wider before we ...
