There is a lot happening at the moment, and even more if we are allowing ourselves to be ‘bombarded’ with the external ‘information’ too. Some of us may find the best ‘antidote’ to the complexity of life right now is to find periods of time to connect with simplicity and getting back to the basics. This could be losing ourselves in nature, getting lost in a painting, making music, making love, or binge watching our favourite tv show. This is for us to be able to switch off from everything around us that is screaming out for our attention. It’s the rows of items in the supermarket screaming out to be purchased. It’s the newspaper headlines beckoning us to pick up the paper.
