This is a powerful time of change, disruption, chaos, madness, swelling of emotion, highs and lows, focus, truth and turmoil. It’s like we’re looking at a canvas painting with every colour, pattern and sequence we could imagine (plus some) crammed onto it. It is excessive, overpowering and at times overwhelming. We’ve found different ways to find our calm within this madness. We work out our way, and focus on it. However for some of us, we are dealing with havoc and heavy energy that is too close to home - so it has been difficult to feel or find that centre.
