This has been a jam-packed week, and when reflecting back over these past 7 days, it feels like it’s stretched into a couple of weeks. A lot seems to have happened, but also there have been some really short nourishing moments within those peaks - and these have kept us going. We are ‘going the distance’ - and when we find ourselves in marathons like this, it is quite normal for us to go through ‘giving up’ phases. Once we feel that, then we can take steps to get back on track again - then off we go.
