Therefore this is an opportunity for us to confront our shadows, let our hurt go and make a mends now. Many of us are being forced to step up - to claim our position, step into place and lead the way. Positions are becoming vacant - and they need us to fill them. With this comes great potential, responsibility and an opportunity for renewed confidence and self belief.
