As the kundalini awakening energy winds up and prepares for completion it has stirred up quite a contrast of energy (typical of crown chakra movement - polarity). Energetically the move has been subtle and light - yet in the physical it has been strange, discordant and slightly unsettling. Much is being shaken up, questioned, considered, chosen and worked out at this time. We continue to be reminded not to think the worst or act out with blame and bitterness, but instead feel what we feel and then focus towards a solution.
