This has been quite a disruptive week for many of us as the energy came to a halt, little annoyances turned into big ones and we had to urgently adjust to the change of momentum that we’d become used to. This is what happens when energy shifts - we go through it all the time. The thing is, is that one way of thinking, approaching and applying ourselves to our lives was working for many weeks during the accelerated time - then when suddenly the energy stops, we panic - but in truth, it’s just a little change to the energy, and we just need to make time to stop, adjust and continue. Once we did that, a refreshing clarity swept forward for many of us.
