This weekend has been jam-packed full of emotion, tension, rest, sorting, cancelling plans, last minute rescues and yet underneath many of us feel this sense of contentment. It’s like we are standing within the eye of the storm, somehow disassociating from the storm happening all around us. Yes, some moments we get swept in briefly, and then we ease back into our position in the eye again. The eye (of the storm) represents our ‘I AM’ essence. Our higher self, our soul, our spirit, our heart, our truth - these are just some words we can use to describe who we are when held within the eye of the storm.
